You may use this website for lawful purposes and to evaluate or apply for The Drop’s services. You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or copy protected content except as permitted by law.
You can apply for our services through the application form at apply.wearethedropglobal.com and book a strategy call through the booking calendar on that page. Applying, booking a call or receiving a homepage design does not create a client relationship and does not obligate either party to buy or sell services. We may decline an application, for example when the business is outside our service criteria. Please provide accurate information.
The application form asks about your business (for example your type of roofing work, capacity, marketing budget, timing, role and approximate annual revenue) and collects your name, email address, phone number, company name and website. We use this information to review your application, prepare for your call and contact you about it.
On the application form you can opt in to text messages by ticking the optional SMS consent checkbox. The checkbox is not pre-selected, and you can submit the application and book a call without it.
If you consent to text messages from Monday Ventures LLC doing business as The Drop, you may receive informational and/or promotional messages about your application, your strategy call and our services. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text STOP to the number that messages you. After you send STOP, we will send a message to confirm you have been unsubscribed and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, reply HELP for assistance, or email hello@wearethedropglobal.com.
Industry benchmarks, examples, dashboards and illustrative calculations (including the calculator on our pages) are provided for illustration and are not a promise of any specific traffic, leads, revenue, ranking, conversion rate or advertising result. Client results vary. The only performance commitment we make is the guarantee described below, and only under its conditions.
We guarantee 20 qualified bookings in your first 30 days of full delivery, and at least 20 qualified bookings in each following month while the services continue. We also guarantee that the signed jobs from our bookings in your first 90 days of full delivery are worth at least five times what you paid for our fees and advertising in that period.
Who it applies to. The guarantee applies only to clients who sign a client agreement with The Drop that includes it. This section is a summary. If it differs from your signed client agreement, the client agreement controls.
When the clock starts. The guarantee period starts after your campaigns go live and a seven-day test period ends ("full delivery"). Time spent on setup, onboarding and the test period does not count.
Qualified booking. A qualified booking is an appointment booked on your calendar with a homeowner or decision-maker, inside your agreed service area, for a roofing job you have agreed to take, with valid contact and property details and a confirmed time. You set these rules with us before launch. A booking that breaks them does not count, and we replace it.
How the payback is measured. The value of signed jobs is the contract value of jobs signed with homeowners we booked for you, as recorded in the CRM. It is compared with our fees and the advertising spend paid for the same 90 days.
Your part. The guarantee applies only while you:
If we fall short. If the target is not reached within the guarantee period and you met your part, we keep working until it is reached, on the terms set out in your client agreement.
What it does not cover. The guarantee does not promise any specific revenue beyond what is stated above, profit, close rate or return on advertising spend. It does not cover periods when campaigns are paused at your request, or when an advertising platform restricts your account for reasons outside our control.
Published prices, campaign windows and service descriptions may be subject to eligibility, scope and separate written agreements. Advertising media spend is separate unless a written agreement says otherwise.
The Drop’s branding, website content, designs and proprietary materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Ownership and licensing of client deliverables are governed by the applicable services agreement.
This website may load tools from third parties, including hosting (Cloudflare), analytics, advertising measurement (Meta), and the CRM and booking calendar operated through HighLevel (Lead Connector). Those tools are subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party sites or services we do not control.
To the extent permitted by law, this website is provided without warranties regarding uninterrupted availability or business outcomes. Liability relating to purchased services is governed by the applicable written agreement.
These website terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a court finds any part unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
